Is it possible to customize the email generated when a user gets pushed to AD

I would like to add some more details(department,manager) about the created users to the email that's generated when a user gets pushed to Active Directory from Okta. This would allow our helpdesk to route these faster. I'm not seeing an option to configure this message under settings-emails & sms. Is there another place this could be edited.
