We're keen to have Okta's deprovisioning task show up in Asana so our "to-do" list is centralised but when I got to add the "add task" action for the Asana Connector in Okta Workflows the option is nowhere to be seen. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or found a work around?

Not all possible actions are going to be available for nearly every card. Third-party App cards typically have commonly used features included.
Most App cards (Including the Asana card) have the option for "Custom API Action". Which allow you to leverage the connection created for the card and then target the specific API endpoint with a payload containing the action you want to perform. While not as easy as a built in option where you just need to fill out fields it does provide the ability to leverage all of the API endpoints the third-party provides.

We managed to get the action added via a ticket, was mostly confused as to where the line was in the Workflows documentation between what was provided out of the box vs what was available for you to leverage if you wanted to do the work, just assumed if it was referenced in the spec it would be available out of the box.
