Office 365 license name - different in Azure and Okta console

When our company migrate from Office 365 F1 to Office 365 F3, on azure, it updated the product name to show Office 365 F3, however, on Okta, the licenses still show as 'Office 365 F1 - xxx'. Actually where okta getting the prefix of the license? Is it product name or string ID? Either way, when reading the ref "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/licensing-service-plan-reference" provided, Office 365 F1 is not shown as product name or string ID. Appreciate if any one can throw some light on this.
