Phone switch login issue

Hi, I am switching smartphones and can't seem to be able to log in Okta on the new phone. Used an Android before and now on iOS if that might be the issue? Not sure what I need to do to activate OKTA on my new device and disable it from the old one.

    Are you having issues with Okta Verify?

     

    Okta Verify works by binding to your physical phone hardware and the installed software instance.

     

    Okta Verify only works on one device for each Okta account. Uninstalling Okta Verify, Changing Phones, Transferring or Restoring your Phone Data, using Mobile Phone Cleaning Apps, or Resetting your Phone are some of the things that may result in the binding being broken between your phone and Okta Verify, and you will need to re-enroll your device in Okta Verify. To do this, you’ll need to contact your organization's IT department.

     

    However, you may be able to reset Okta Verify yourself. Check out https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Resetting-your-Okta-Verify-Token?language=en_US. If you're unable to follow the steps in this document, or the option to select another factor isn't available, then please contact your IT Department and they will be able to assist you and get you up and running.
