Hi
We noticed that full import is failing in PROD and its showing error "incorrect string value" . I checked there is no special characters whatsoever in name or username .Not sure what is causing this issue. Note.. import is successful in sandbox with same user. Would really appreciate any pointer.

Thank you for reply to my question, I checked but there is no special character and UAT sync is good with same user but not PROD.
