Error regarding enrolling multi-factor authentication

I am in the process of "Sign Users In > Add multi factor authentication" as suggested in Okta developer portal.

When I try to enroll SMS factor in Postman app, this error message keeps happening.

"errorSummary": "Only numbers located in US and Canada are allowed. Contact your administrator if this is a problem.",

Could you please tell me how I can fix this? I was told to enroll SMS factor so that I can do SMS testing with my phone.
