Password Incorrect in Global protect login

I am not able to sign in to the Global Protect from external networks(my home wifi) although I can sign from my company network. While logging from the external network I get "Password incorrect" in the Global-Protect sign window although with the same password I can log in from the internal company network.

    Ciprian from Okta here,

Do you have any firewall setup blocker on the external network or the network zones are configured to block your sign-in from certain IP address ?

What do you see in Okta logs for the failed login event?

The user has the credentials stored in AD? can you try a reset of password and have another try ?

For further troubleshoot you can open a case with support@okta.com

      Hello Ciprian,

It was working well on any external network until 10/22.

Although I can log in to web-okta-account from anywhere on any network(external/internal), it's only with the GlobalProtect VPN over the external network where login fails.

Also, I am trying with the same external network which was working for me for the last 7 months so I don't think it's because of the IP address.

I guess it could be because of some password synchronization problem.

One of my friends from my company also faced the same issue before, according to her it got automatically resolved after a few weeks.

PFA: the generated logs while logging GlobalProtect from the external network.
