vo5ak (vo5ak) asked a question.

MFA for SOCIAL IDP with a custom non-hosted page

Does Okta support in any way having a custom MFA Page (a non-Okta-hosted solution, but my own hosted MFA form) for SOCIAL (i.e: Google Sign-in, Login with Microsoft) users?

NOTE: We are aware of MFA API integrations, we're using those for password-credentials users, but we need SOCIAL credentials users to get the same UX.

An example scenario would be:

  1. User authenticates via OIDC (say Google Sign-in)
  2. Thru our API-integrated solution, the user "enrolls" to an MFA factor
  3. Logs out
  4. Next time the user authenticates via OIDC, the user sees the Okta-hosted MFA form

Is it possible to change (4) so that we can host our own MFA form, and show a branded page?

If that is not possible, is there a way at least to customize the branding of the Okta-hosted MFA form?
