  • Thank you for reaching out to Okta Support.

I'm afraid that there is no specific documentation to VDI environments, as they will use the same settings as a normal machine. However, I was able to find a reference to VDI environments in our Silent activation docs that can be found here https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_O365_Silent_Activation.htm , but this relies on Agentless DSSO and not on IWA. In theory, as long as the VDI has the proper Kerberos token corresponding to the domain where IWA/DSSO is set up, this should work flawlessly.

If you have any specific questions or concerns, please open a ticket with our support team.

    Best Regards.
