9x1po (9x1po) asked a question.

What happens to current Self Service Applications when they are no longer allowed?

Our current settings have checked the "Allow users to add personal apps" for Self Service applications. We would like to remove this and no longer allow adding personal applications.

What will happen to the current self service applications that users have set up?

  • Hello, @9x1po (9x1po)

For the apps that are already added there will be no change, the end user can continue using them.

Once the change is done they will not be able to add any new personal app.

Hi Vicente, what happens if we have had users add apps we dont want them to have before we disabled the self-service functionality? How can we remove those apps from the end users?
