Hi,
We have an OKTA trial account and setup our systems to access it. It was quiet a manual process to set it up with users, custom profile fields, groups and roles.
What is the process to move all the above to a new Paid OKTA account.

Thank you for reaching out on our community portal.
If you want to provision the users to the paid tenant, I would suggest configuring org to org between the 2 tenants and run an import from the paid one in order to bring the users from one tenant to another. I would suggest to configure the mappings in order to make sure you bring in all the attributes that have been configured as well.

You could also pull a list of users via API and import the users into the paid tenant via csv. This would require more manual work than the org2org option however, since you would need to format the csv based on the template provided. If you are ad connected you could map fields to extension attributes in ad then sync back to new okta or any empty fields
