    Hi Gagan.

    Thank you for reaching us.

The issue you have described seems to be a little bit general. As we do not have full details in regard to your workflow to give you a possible solution or workaround.

If you have your session life time set to short for your users you can modify, more on those here: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/healthinsight/session-lifetime.htm

Also if this is in regards to an app session lifetime, you would need to check what options does the SP offer in terms of session lifetime. And modify them accordingly to your needs.

Also if the issue is more complex and need more careful attention, please open a case with the Support Team and we will be able to help you better on that.

      Hi Razvan

      Thanks for your response.

There are steps which may help you understand the issue

      1. User login to our ABC.com which internally calls OKTA authentication API
      2. On Successful login, we redirect user to OKTA's MFA Screen where user sends code to his email for verification.
      3. If the user does nothing on this page and stays idle for 5 mins then OKTA's Login screen appears with Session Expiry message as shown in the Main Question above.

So here my question , can we redirect the user to ABC.com login page instead of OKTA's login page? if yes then How?
