I have implemented OKTA authentication with custom login page, once logged in Okta MFA pop up screen comes and MFA Code expires in 2 mins even after setting it to 30 minutes (Pls see screenshot for reference). Any thought?

Based on your description, you mentioned the MFA Code expires in 2 mins even when you have the Email OTP token lifetime set up for 30 minutes.
Could you please check your Okta authentication sign on policy? Make sure the "factor lifetime" is configured properly.
If the issue persist, please raise a new ticket with Okta Tier 2 customer support.
Hi Gary, If I change factor lifetime, will it change for all the apps? I want to set MFA email verification code timeout for a particular app only so is there a way to set email verification code timeout?
