NatW.66491 (Customer) asked a question.

Allow ReplyTo Override setting doesn't seem to work?

I'm troubleshooting an issue with an SSO integration, and I believe I've narrowed it down to this setting. Our application sets the ReplyTo on the sign-in request to a specific path on the originating server, including an ID parameter to identify the session, e.g.:

http://ServerURL/ControllerPath?id=ABC-123-TEST-ETC

What I'm observing is that this address not actually used when sign-in response is sent back to us, it is just using the default "ReplyTo URL" configured against the application.

We have the "Allow ReplyTo Override" setting enabled, so why is this not working? I'm sure I've had it working before and haven't changed anything since

  • Hello Nat!

Thank you for posting on our community forums.

We would need additional information to address this question.

Specifically, we need to know whether this is a SAML integration or WS-fed.

Also, please let us know if you are using a custom application as opposed to an OIN integration.

For adequate troubleshooting, I would suggest opening an SSO support ticket, while mentioning all of the above
