voud8 (voud8) asked a question.

AWS ALB and Okta Authentication

We have a .net core application behind AWS ALB and authentication using OKTA openid, we have registered our app in OKTA and redirect URLs in AWS ALB and able to authenticate the user, but we would like to retrieve user claims from the AWS response header x-amzn-oidc-accesstoken but somehow we are not getting the header data we are following the below article, please let us know anybody else has done this we are following below article.

  • Hello, @voud8 (voud8)

Those headers look to be controlled by Amazon as Okta does not place those headers in the request.

Any way feel free to post this question on our Okta Developer Forums: https://devforum.okta.com,

and they should be able to help you with this.
