As the title states, we're contemplating implementing Exchange Hybrid (currently 2016 on-prem). Okta support has confirmed they have customers using Exchange Hybrid via Okta, however they suggest engaging professional services due to what's involved.

I'm fine with that, but wondering if anyone here has gone through a similar process? How involved/intrusive both for your org and for Okta to implement? Any caveats or things to be aware of?
