Windows RDP MFA with Okta

Hello -

I have a few servers that have firewall rules and are only allowed access to certain sites. On these servers I installed Okta Windows Credential provider and I cannot get it working even with the ip addresses whitelisted. Is there a current list? The list here:

doesn't work. I've done a search on the firewall and it appears that none of these addresses are being used either. Does anyone know how to get this working besides opening up everything out 443 on that server?

No they aren't and I'm wasting my time emailing answers back and forth to someone that barely understands. I need my ticket escallated.
