    -in case you are having troubles with your Okta Admin Account please contact or create a ticket to Okta support to help you out on gaining access.

    -in case you are having troubles with our End-User account, our recommendation is to reach out to your Okta Administrator from your company to gain access.

     

    In case you have self-service enabled on your tenant you can use the help link "Need help to sign in" under the password filed in the login page to reset your password. Please beware that this is only available if your company has this enabled if not use the steps listed above.
