Email verification

Hello..

I'm calling this api 'https://automotive-ai.okta.com/api/v1/users?activate=false' from Nodejs for creating user, User is created successfully but after that user haven't received any email for verify their account, even on Okta dashboard user status showing is 'Staged' instead of active. Please help me to find out solution why okta is not sending verification email in my case...

    In order for me to be able to check on the user that is not receiving the email, to see if it's somehow blocked on Okta or it's just the email provider, I will need to know the username / email for the user.
