I have an app using Okta sign-in. An authorised user regularly reports a loss of access when he logs in through his Okta account. He receives an Okta message saying "You don't have any apps", even though he is properly assigned to the app through the Okta console. When he tries again a few hours or days later he can access the app through Okta without any problem. This issue has happened several times over the past 3 months. Any idea what is going wrong and how I can fix it?

This is Andreea with Okta Customer Support. I would strongly recommend raising a support case with us in regards to this issue so we can look over the logs and the setup of your environment. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a straight answer or resolution to your issue since we need to investigate it based on the logs.

Sounds like one of 2 things
user has more than 1 okta account n getting logged into wrong one
user has a cookie issue and clearing cookies will fix it
Thanks Phil. The user only has a single Okta account, but we are investigating whether cookie/browser issues could be having an effect.
