We are currently exploring using the Okta integration with SuccessFactors to automate our onboarding process. I have a few questions around the process.
- If the employee entered into SuccessFactors does not have a company email address, will this process still work?
- Given the above question, once the email address is updated, how long before Okta picks it up? Is it push or polled?
- How are passwords delivered?
- With self provisioning, how does Okta challenge the user for verification? Just the email confirmation?
