Ok, this has been on ongoing issue since January. Blue Pearl IT cant help me.
So I can use the outlook app on a PC, log in on almost any browser, but when I got to log into the outlook app on my iphone (12 pro max) it says "unable to log in" even though it is the same EXACT credentials I entered. I can even log into the OKTA app on my phone, just not OKTA through outlook. IT has reset my account TWICE and that's all they keep doing. I keep missing work time sensitive emails because this same issue happens on my Ipad and my Iphone. I can only log in on a desktop computer. I do have problems logging in on any browser too as my OKTA log in only work once every about ten times. This has become a frustrating nightmare.

I think that this might be an issue with the Sign-on policy of the outlook application in Okta. They might not allow you to log in to the Outlook app. You can verify this by going in the Admin Dashboard->applicaitons-office 365 and verify if the application is allowed to log in on IOS.
If this is not the ca, I recommend openingen up a ticket with Okta support to further investigate the issue.
