BambooHR Profile Master - First Time Question
I am working on deploying with my People Team BambooHR that they recently purchased and profile mastering to our Okta instance. I wanted to make sure if the following is accurate during the implementation:
I enable Provisioning in the BambooHR Okta chiclet, configure what data goes to okta, configure allowing BambooHR to master Okta, and....configure username format? From the documentation, I dont see anything about it but I assume it works out of the box. Am I mistaken?
Also is it possible to use the employees Preferred firstname to be their firstname in an email address? Is it possible to allow some employees to have a firstname@ email once this is configured?

As for the username, Okta requires it to be in email format and it cannot be the same for 2 users, so firstname@email would create a lot of duplicate situations so it is recommended to use a custom email format or an email that contains firstname.lastname or something similar.
