Hello Octa Community,
I have a problem with my Administrator account. The account has been locked because okta claims many failed logins with my account, so my account is locked. I only have one administrator account.
My question is how long will the account be locked until I can use the account again?, or how do I unlock my account?

Hi there, please feel free to open a case with Okta support either by sending an email from the address attached to your administrator account to support@okta.com or by accessing the help portal at support.okta.com with your administrator credentials.
