Is it possible to link an Okta user to multiple Directories. For example If I have 3 Different environments (3 Different Active Directories) and I integrated those domains into our Okta org Can I have a single user in Okta that's linked to all three domains?

Well technically speaking, there should be only one Authoritative source of Truth, which should authenticate the users. for the other 2 domain's user, you can give the federated access to them. they can still be able to access all your applications via Federation.
Yes, but it can cause usabality issues.
we have bought 5 companies, all in okta.
user from domain a needs domain b.
i created groups in each ad that provision to the other domains.
couple issues
first
is source of truth is all over as you cant pick by person but by org ….. so if user is in domain 1 and 5 but 5 SHOULD be the primary but okta has domain 1 as primary user will get data from domain1.
second is the auth goes to the first domain in the order so user must know what password to use if all domains not synced. Pita!!
