Hi,
When I am calling https://${yourOktaDomain}
/login/sessionCookieRedirect?checkAccountSetupComplete=true&token=${sessionToken}&redirectUrl=${myApplicationRedirectUri} then after this call I am getting Okta welcome page screen. I checked the user in Okta and the user is active.
Could anyone please help me out.

The welcome page is expected to be returned when the user logs in for the first time and it is expected to set up a security question and/or set up a security image. You can choose to disable these in settings if you wish to. I'm also attaching relevant documentation which shows how to do this.
