    From my research into this I do not believe that the user's data in DocuSign is case sensitive. But as this is regarding the way DocuSign stores the user's data you will want to reach out to DocuSign Support to confirm. Let us know if this helps, or if you have any further questions.

      I tried there but could not get any specific answer , so we are stuck whether case sensitivity of the database would create problem in SSO authentication?.
