bgqyd (bgqyd) asked a question.
The documentation for unenrolling a server says: "you can allow Advanced Server Access to automatically remove the server by stopping the Advanced Server Access agent."
When frequently recreating Okta ASA servers (patching, changes, etc.), this results in duplicate sft hosts. They have the same ASA configuration (hostname, project, access address, etc.), but different IDs. I'm curious what the automatic unenroll time is, as it has seemed somewhat inconsistent.

Hi,
As per our documentation "After four days of no contact from a server, Advanced Server Access hides the server in the dashboard.": https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Adv_Server_Access/docs/stop-agent.htm
If this does not happen, I would recommend opening a support ticket.
