I plan to stop using Active Directory and just maintain users in Okta. Is there a way to get all user passwords into Okta at once? That way, after I disconnect the AD agent, users would still be able to log in with the password they know.

You can use the Password Sync Agent to do just that! The Password Sync Agent makes it simple to ensure all of your Active Directory users' current passwords are synced up to Okta to simplify the end-user experience, and allow you to get rid of Active Directory altogether.
