On-Premises Dynamics CRM Integration

Hello,

I was hoping that somebody who has had success integrating Okta with on-premises Dynamics 365 using WS-Fed might be able to help me out. I'm working on migrating our on-prem Dynamics 365 environment from ADFS to Okta. I followed the guide here to no avail: https://www.okta.com/resources/datasheet-how-to-guide-configure-okta-single-sign-on-sso-for-microsoft-dynamics-on-premises.

On the Dynamics server, it seems that I can't escape the ID4175 error, even after importing the Okta cert into the MS_Config DB and setting it as a trusted issuer. Anybody out there run into the same issue and find a way around it?

Liviu with the Okta support team here. I would greatly recommend opening a ticket with our team so that we can have a look at the issue and get more information over your environment and the issue that is being presented.

From the error code you've mentioned, it seems to be just a configuration issue rather than issues with the certificate.

Thanks Liviu for the response. I just opened a case.
