Hello,
I don't understand why I don't receive the e-mail confirmation when i try to connect on Okta. For information, my user is created properly on Okta admin center, i receive internal and external e-mails but i don't know why there is only for Okta that i can't receive any noreply@Okta.com.
I tried and searched lot of solutions but no one works but i read someone who said that it may be because the e-mail address is on the spam list on Okta' side. How can i solve that please ?

In addition to that please check
NOTE: If the API call cannot be completed, contact Okta Support and include the email address that requires clearing.
