Hello,
I don't understand why I don't receive the e-mail confirmation when i try to connect on Okta. For information, my user is created properly on Okta admin center, i receive internal and external e-mails but i don't know why there is only for Okta that i can't receive any noreply@Okta.com.
I tried and searched lot of solutions but no one works but i read someone who said that it may be because the e-mail address is on the spam list on Okta' side. How can i solve that please ?

Hi Joseph, thank you for your question in the Okta community. For this particular issue I'd suggest you open a Support Case so we can confirm the affected email address or addresses and keep it more discrete and secure for you and other users who may be having this issue.
The possible solution is indeed checking if the email address is being blocked on our side.
