On my Android 7 phone, the full screen push notification has never worked and does not accept any input.
I have to bring up the smaller notification in the notification bar and select "this is me"
Starting today, however, the smaller notification would not appear. So now I have to open the app and enter the code manually.
Please advise.

Can you please try to reinstall the application?
Can you verify the notifications settings on the device?
Is this happening to only a single user/device or all the devices that are running Android 7?
This issue might be related to the device only, and not to the Okta Verify application. Please try with another device. If you still encounter issues, please open a ticket with Okta Support.

I figured out what the problem is.
If the user has an overlay app running, such as a blue light filter in my case, the full screen log in buttons will not work.
In order for the buttons to work, any overlay app has to be turned off.
