Hello, I am trying to use okta mappings API but I am getting error E0000015.

Unfortunatelly in order to be able to use mapping you would need to have provisioning features enabled on the trial tenant. Since it is a trial version there are no additional features enabled by default.
Please open a ticket with our Support Team so we can get the Org ID and proceed enabling needed features.
