    Hello Karen,

     

    I assume you are referring to MFA when login into your mobile app. Please ensure that you have been enrolled in SMS factor if not the option would not be available form the app when you log in.

    Once you have been enrolled, let's assume in multiple factor you may able to change them from the icon option when passing MFA
