    Bogdan here with Okta's Customer Support Team, thank you for reaching out to us.

     

    Can you please ensure that the user which uses the Workflows application is a Super Admin and also, ensure that the Connection has been setup using a Super Administrator account. Additionally, if this fails, can you please try either setting up a new connection or re-authorizing the connection and try again? 

     

    I was also able to find another ticket on our side 01101933 ► which the issue was caused by another OIDC application with the same name. You and the colleague that handled the ticket renamed the OIDC app, re-enabled the Workflow feature flag and the issue got corrected.

     

    If you have any further issues with this, please re open that support ticket to continue troubleshooting.
