Rate utilization warning
I have received "Your organization xxx is at or above 60% rate limit utilization for /api/v1/apps." after a couple of days of experimenting with Okta authentication. I wonder how this could be, I was just testing it manually, not doing that many requests.
I went to syslog as adviced, and it showed 988 events over 2 days, it was only me, playing with dashboard and trying to make react sample work.
Is this correct? What are the limitations? At https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/rate-limits/ I can see 1700 Authentication/End user requests for a starter pack. Is it per month, which means I have roughly another 2 days of playing with the system?

To receive more details about your current tenant rate limit config and limits the best course of action would be to open a support case (that way we can identify the tenant and provide accurate details).
