When I edit user attributes, Gender gets saved, but Phone number and some other attributes (address) are not getting saved. There is no warning or error, their values are just blank when I open user profile for edit next time.

Hi Dev, are these attributes mapped to something else in the profile editor? is this happening with every user and every app or just some of them?
I would suggest that you open a Support Case with Okta for further troubleshooting.
