We already have RSA SecurID (on-prem) configured as an available factor for MFA in our workforce tenant.
Can I configure the same RSA instance as an available factor for our client tenant? Will I have to install a new agent? If so, can it be installed on the same server as our workforce tenant agent?

In theory, this should be possible if a separate agent is installed that is pointing to the same RSA instance. Most likely, you will need to use a different machine, though, since Okta supports a single agent of one type per server.
We recommend testing this, and if you encounter any issues, to open a case with Okta Support.
