We are trying to change applications logo's but it doesnt change.
we have set the .png file to be in the correct sizes, we have tested same png file on Dev environment and it works.
from some reason on our production tenant it doesnt change, anyone experience this?

Is there a resolution for this that can be shared publicly? We are also having this issue.
the problem was happening because its G Suite application that includes a wide variety of apps (Google docs, Google mail, and so on).
Go to the required application and click on the pencil icon on the logo right corner:
Choose the Mail icon:
Select your new logo image file using the browse button, after you chose a file, click on the update logo button:
Wait for the logo image to be replaced and close the dialog box.
