I have a problem with okta mobile for ANDROID. Trying to view the payslip I get the Error “ Error to get PDF caused by connection pool is removed"

I think this is an application problem, not an Okta one. Can you access that PDF in other ways (e.g., via desktop access from Okta)?
It sounds like you're using Okta at your company, and you're using the Okta Mobile app on your Android device to do SSO to some app your company had integrated to your Okta instance. And it sounds like you're getting an error when you try to access something via that Okta Mobile app.
I don't think the problem here will be with Okta; it will be something wrong with the app you're connecting to, or your permissions authorizing you to access it. "Connection pool" is a term often used for JDBC connections to a database. I suggest you speak to whatever admin is responsible for the app you're trying to access via Okta.
