Hi Folks,
One of my users randomly started having an issue where they cannot log on to any 365 services.
The error they get is as per below:
Would anyone know a way around this? I've contacted Microsoft and they've said this is an Okta problem. All settings in 365 are correct.
Okta event tracker shows below though I have reset their password multiple times:

Hi Tony,
Not 100% sure, but it may be the browser version. Your syslog entry shows user is using IE7.
Per this link, that would no longer be supported for O365 access by MS.
Can you try having them test from another browser/machine? If that's not it, I'd open a case with Okta Support and they should be able to advise you.
