When accessing a particular app through Okta, one of my agents gets logged in under a different user's account. I have sent password resets through the app. I have revoked access to the app in Okta and re-granted access multiple times. It always ends up linked to the other user's profile in this app.

For example, Jose N clicks on the app in question. He is then logged into the app under Hanna O's profile.
