Hi - is there a way i can federate many customer IDP's to my Okta Org but restrict the users the external IDP can query, view etc? I basically don't want the customers to see each other.

This is Vlad from Okta Customer Support. In regards to your question, the users are not able to see each other from which IdP is coming, especially if they are end-users, they don't have access to the Admin dashboard, they only have access to the application that are assigned to their user.
Also, only the Admins with the right permission can see the IDP configured for your tenant with the routing rules.
