When setting up OKTA voice call MFA, I am asked to type the phone number/extension. Does that number have to match the number in the user’s AD profile? Or can it be any phone number? Does OKTA compare the phone number used during setup to the user’s AD info?.

Any Phone number.
Phone Number must be enrolled by the end user for the first time.
