Hi! I currently have HiBoB improting users to Okta.
We also have a custom policy where the user is composed by:
- first letter of the name
- last name
Example: gromero
When importing users, 2 people appear with the same username:
Gonzalo Romero = gromero
Gerardo Romero = gromero
Is there any possibility to have an alternative flow in case this happens? Do you recommend any other type of configuration?

Related to the Issue, you cannot have 2 users with the same username. At the moment that is not possible because OKta will not be able to differentiate between them when the users will attempt to authenticate.
In this scenario a different mapping can be applied to this. I would recommend opening a support ticket in order to review the configuration so we can provide the correct answer.
