I am looking for a way to force an IDP authentication at every sign-in.
We have E3 with M365.
I've found this conditional access policy, but it appears to only work with Entra ID:

Hi, you need to federate the domain in the office 365 app in okta also turn on Okta MFA from Azure AD.
watch out for office 365 sign in policy blocking intune sign in agent ref
