There are two ways to update the uid/gid/UnixUsername attributes :

    1) In Okta Admin Console, edit the attributes in Applications -> ASA - Assignment -> click the pencil icon for the user (Edit) and update the properties.

    2) In ASA, Projects -> Project name -> Users -> click the gear icon to edit user attributes

These are discussed further in this support document.

Thanks, Cory! But there is no way to change it for the user, right?

If we have servers in projects and want to change the group only for dev servers we'd have to split them out into a separate project.

using the steps outlined in the support article you should be able to change it for the user. But keep in mind, updating the uid/gid is not sufficient, the

UnixUserName also needs to be updated to match the Unix userid.
