Is there a way to get the standard Okta recovery question list from the API?

As per our documentation here - https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/factors/ - you can list the security question for an user by using the call /api/v1/users/${userId}/factors/questions - where you replace userID with the user's ID. This can be obtained from the user's profile, by going to it, checking the link in the browser , and at the end you should get an alphanumeric code .
