I cant figure how to get to a UI to test the flow builder items from Azuqua acquisition.

As per your question, please note that Azuqua has been integrated into Okta Workflows, Okta Workflows leverages Azuqua’s workflow orchestration engine and application integrations to automate complex identity-centric processes such as user onboarding and offboarding. The product is available as part of the Okta Lifecycle Management product.
The Okta Workflows console need to be purchased and add it on your Okta account, if you have a contract with Okta I suggest you to request Workflows with our sales team https://www.okta.com/contact-sales/
